Important: Passport Required!!! Please do NOT apply if you do not have a current Passport. Drivers must be able to lift and unload furniture from trailers, some of which may be extremely heavy, and secure items in the trailer. This role involves multi-stop deliveries across all 48 states, including Canada. Attention to detail is essential. We seek drivers with a good driving record within the past 5 years.

Location: Drivers must live within 2 hours of Syracuse, NY.

Experience and Job History Requirements: NO more than 2 jobs in the past 12 months and NO more than 4 jobs in the past 3 years. These restrictions are strict and non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Dry Van trucks with Automatic transmission; Single Sleeper with APU
• Out for 1-2 weeks, mostly home weekly; some routes may be out 2 weeks. Typically out Monday through Friday, with weekends home (not guaranteed).
• 34-hour resets at home
• Compensation: 52 cpm, averaging $1900-$2043 weekly
• Unload pay: $112 per load or route
• Touch freight
• Run up to 3334 miles per week

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• In the past 3 years: 2 or fewer moving violations, no DOT recordable accidents, no major violations
• In the past 5 years: no preventable DOT recordable accidents, 1 or no major violations
• No recent job hopping
• No license suspensions over 30 days in the past 3 years
• Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed case by case
• No safety-related terminations from previous employment
• DUI outside of 8 years; only one DUI per lifetime
• Pass urine drug screen; no failed drug tests ever
