Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Oshkosh, WI is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver. You will drive solo to NE Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan, home daily with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:00 AM start.

The role includes a 50+ hour work week, paid training, and a team that values safety and reliability. Compensation features a weekly pay plan with a $1341.35 guaranteed and a $1500 average weekly, plus sign-on and tenure bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Load/unload freight as required by customer.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Weekly Guarantee: $1341.35 Per Week
• Hours Per Week: 50 + hours per week
• Loyalty Bonus:Pays you $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year.
• Sign-on Bonus: Pays you $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days.
• Annual Tenure Bonus:$1200 per year, paid out at $300 per quarter

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
