Position Description

Immediately Hiring Team Drivers who will earn a GUARANTEED MINIMUM of $1682 weekly per Driver, with the potential to earn more. Currently, we can match you with a Ryder Partner to become a team on home weekly dedicated accounts.

Benefits & Pay

• Paid weekly
• Minimum guarantee per driver: $1682 per week
• Miles pay: $0.325 per mile with 5,000 miles per week
• Additional pay for stops and drop/hook
• Sign-on bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
• Shutdown bonus: $2000 in two installments in your first year
• Safety bonus: Up to $250 per quarter if applicable

Schedule & Equipment

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday
• Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24-hour roadside maintenance, and are fueled by service employees at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
• Freight: No touch – auto parts
• Deliver as a team to KY, TN, NC, SC, IN, GA, FL, AR, TX
• Home weekly on weekends
• Tractor type: Sleeper
• Trailer type: Dry Van 53'

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Verifiable Class A experience:
• 9 months in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years in the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years in the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
