Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly pay: $1,044 - $1,508, depending on schedule
• Hourly pay: $28.00 for AM shift, $29.00 for PM shift
• Hours per week: 36-48
• Schedule: 4-day work week, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
• $3,000 Loyalty Bonus: $1,500 at 6 months and $1,500 at 1 year
• Paid training and uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowances

Job Details

• Local, home daily yard work with no freight or touch freight
• Endorsement: Tanker endorsement within 30-60 days; we reimburse costs and provide training
• Experience: Backing experience required
• Trucks: 36 months or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies
