Pay and Benefits

• Weekly pay: $1,880 - $1,980+.
• Home at least every other weekend.
• Must be willing to drive into Canada.
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.63/mile for 2000-2500 miles/week.
• Stop pay: $16.37 per stop + $107.56 for dry van unload; $28.20 for Conestoga stops.
• Average 8 stops/week.
• Safety bonus: $250 quarterly.
• Loyalty bonus: $2000 at 6 months and 1 year.
• Paid training included.

Route and Equipment

• Routes from North Dakota to Texas and east, including Canada.
• Sleepers with APUs, dry van and Conestoga trailers.
• Bring a person or pet on the road.
• Freight: Touch freight with hand unloading, including commercial and residential garage doors.
• Endorsements: Passport required within 30 days of hire.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old.

• DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Verifiable Class A experience: 9 months in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5, or 5 years in last 10.
