Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Class A CDL Truck Driver for Milton, PA and domicile locations. The role offers weekly pay, strong benefits, and a rewarding driving career with home time at select locations.

You’ll operate well-maintained, safe trucks with modern features and receive paid training. Expect competitive mileage and stop pay and a schedule that supports time at home in the Richmond, VA area.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years

You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like:

$90,000 - $92,000 yearly-- and it gets ever better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• $1769 or more weekly
• Mileage Pay: $0.67per Mile
• Stop Pay: $10/per stop- Less than 10 stops in the week and$15/per stop- More than 10 stops in the week
• Layover Pay: $30.00 per night out
• Route Premium Pay
• Domicile Locations: Buffalo NY, Boston MA, New Haven CT, Hartford, CT, Baltimore, MD, Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Richmond, VA and Washington DC (will be home every other weekend)
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sunday- Thursday/Friday
• Start Time: 10:00 AM dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
