Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

A Day in The Life of a Truck Driver:

  • As a Truck Driver you will be responsible for transporting cargo to and from specified destinations. You will prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick-up of goods to ensure timely service. * Must have a "satisfactory" driving record. Requires applicable truck driver license for state.
  • Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo.
  • Maintain contact with dispatcher to receive instruction for delivery or pick up.
  • Verify contents of inventory loads with shipping papers.
  • Maintain records in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform emergency repairs such as changing tires or installing light bulbs etc.
  • Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
