Prinsco is seeking a Truck Driver to deliver and unload products, ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations, and represent the company with integrity. The role requires a current CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a company road test.

You will perform daily inspections, maintain documentation, and interact professionally with customers. The position offers first-shift work in West Concord, MN 55985, with competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year interstate trucking experience.
• Maintain a current CDL and medical card with a clean driving record.
• Able to read and interpret maps, safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Pass the Prinsco road test.
• Maintain knowledge of all DOT and state interstate trucking requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a production environment.
• Able to work in loud/noise environments and outside weather conditions.

This role plays a key part in delivering our products safely and representing Prinsco with professionalism and integrity.

In this role, you will deliver and unload Prinsco products and equipment while following all DOT regulations and company guidelines. You will conduct daily inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure products are delivered safely and correctly. You will interact directly with customers, representing Prinsco through courteous service and a clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of all DOT and state requirements for interstate trucking.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, including the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including internal and external communications.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to achieve forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, 50 pounds 1/3 of the day, & 75 pounds less than 1/3 of the day.
• Using hands and reaching with hands/arms for over 2/3 of the workday.
• Standing, walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for over 2/3 of the workday.
• Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate colors.
• Ability to work in a production environment that is not temperature controlled and occasionally in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a loud noise environment.
