Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes in St. Albans, WV. You’ll be on the road daily, serving communities and upholding safety standards while representing Ferrellgas with professionalism.

We value safety-minded individuals with a strong work ethic, able to lift up to 60 pounds and maintain accurate logs. Primary responsibilities include daily inspections, on-time deliveries, and customer support within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck driving is preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good driving record required.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Citizenship or eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
