Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Sheboygan Falls Town, WI. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport goods, following scheduled routes and delivery timelines. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading freight as needed, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role requires adherence to all DOT regulations and company safety policies, as well as professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members. The Truck Driver is expected to keep the assigned truck clean, report maintenance issues promptly, and support efficient, dependable service.

Qualifications

• Possess strong commercial driving skills, including CDL Class A and proven Truck Driving experience.
• Ability to safely manage freight handling tasks, including Unloading and basic load securement.
• Thorough understanding of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements for commercial vehicles.
• Experience operating and caring for commercial Trucks, including routine inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to pass required background checks and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Ability to lift and move freight as required, and to work in varying weather and road conditions.
• Strong time management, reliability, and communication skills with customers, dispatch, and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior regional or local haul experience
