Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. You will deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses, ensuring safe, on-time service and representing Ferrellgas with professionalism in the community.

Starting pay is $26.50 per hour with local routes and home every night. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, ESOP, PTO, paid training, and employee discounts. Training is provided; on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Citizen or eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
