Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes. You’ll be the face of Ferrellgas in your community, providing safe, professional service and maintaining delivery logs.

Requirements include a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record. Reasonable physical work and willingness to be on-call are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or be able to obtain HazMat and Tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
