The Truck Driver position is based in San Antonio, TX.

Summary
The Truck Driver is responsible for delivering products to/from customers, warehouses, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). Ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements efficiently, with correct and damage-free materials.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect the vehicle daily for defects and complete inspection reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle; report repairs needed.
• Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws.
• Load/unload vehicle; verify order accuracy and damage-free condition.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation thoroughly, including customer signatures and manifests.
• Handle material returns and pickups from suppliers, inspecting conditions and verifying details.
• Senior Truck Drivers will mentor entry-level drivers and may support warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Attend company driver training if no experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 21 years old.
• Pass pre-employment and annual MVR reviews.
• Verify non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No recent suspended licenses or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Handle loads up to 26,000 GVW.
• Strong safety and traffic law knowledge.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, safety, and laws.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Handling issues at various complexity levels depending on experience.
