Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Handle loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring secure transport.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (Non-CDL and CDL accepted) with a clean driving record.
• Must have medical DOT card
• OTR (on the road)
• Motive ELD experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
