University of Kentucky is seeking a Truck Driver responsible for transporting materials (freight/recycling) to and from campus locations, including loading and unloading vehicles and moving items such as surplus equipment and waste. You will navigate stairways, elevators, and dock locations while maintaining excellent customer service and safe handling practices.
Shift typically Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:15pm; additional hours per workload/project demands.

Reporting to the Trucking Supervisor, this position is responsible for the transport of materials (freight/recycling) to and from specified locations, including loading and unloading vehicles; manually picking up and moving various materials (i.e.) recycling, waste, surplus equipment/furniture and special events resources, etc., from locations on/off campus via stairways, elevators, and dock locations; and ensuring excellent customer service.
MS Windows/Office; KRONOS ; Knowledge of Mechanics; Driver’s Courses
