Job summary

AgState is seeking a Truck Driver to support Grain and Agronomy operations. You will safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients while upholding safety, quality, and customer service. Home nightly and part of a team that values respect, integrity, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with 2 years of experience and endorsements.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing substance abuse screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Agricultural experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients to customers and company locations.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the transportation team.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, professional equipment reflecting AgState's commitment to excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to producers and fellow team members.
• Support additional locations and operations as needed.
• Contribute to a safe and positive team environment.
• Maintain safe operation of truck by abiding by AgState’s values and roadway laws.
