Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hiring immediately

Pay: Starting pay up to $92K depending on experience and job type (See pay options).

Schedule Available:

• Traditional (typically dispatched 2-5 days per trip)
• 4x4 CDS (4 days on 4 days off)
• 6x3 CDS (6 days on 3 days off)
• 6x3 NTF (6 days on 3 days off)
• Team Driving
• Full-time, part-time

Job Types Available: Customer Delivery Specialist, No Touch Freight, or Team Driver (Learn more)

Environment: Work in all weather conditions, including weekdays, weekends, days, and nights

About the Role: As a Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) Class A CDL driver, you will enjoy the open road, transporting products from suppliers to customers and distribution centers. We prioritize flexibility, work-life balance, and safety with top-of-the-line trucks and training.

Responsibilities:

• Operate DTI equipment safely and efficiently
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and other regulations
• Load and unload goods (except no-touch freight)
• Meet company goals on MPG, fuel, idle time, and speed
• Read and understand load paperwork and product descriptions
• Identify and reduce waste

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift an average of 14 pounds, up to 60 pounds, and perform physical activities like sitting, walking, or standing during work hours.
