Location: Granite City, IL - Hiring immediately

Pay: Starting pay up to $95K for inexperienced, first-year earners, depending on job type and schedule (see pay options). Plus bonus and incentive opportunities! (Pay range includes training pay and varies based on driver experience, job type, and schedule)

Schedule Available:

• Traditional: typically dispatched 5.5 days per trip
• 6x3: 6 days on, 3 days off
• 4x4: 4 days on, 4 days off
• Full-time, part-time

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate DTI equipment safely and efficiently to transport product
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements set by the Department of Transportation, FMCSA, and other governing bodies
• Load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods (except no-touch freight)
• Meet company goals, including managing MPG, fuel purchases, idle time, and speed
• Read and understand load paperwork, product, and packaging descriptions
• Identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Physical activity required; must be able to lift an average of 14 pounds and up to 60 pounds safely
• Sitting, walking, or standing during work hours
