Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to provide overall warehouse support.

This role involves making local deliveries, receiving and inventorying goods, and assisting with material orders to keep production moving. The ideal candidate has at least one year of box truck driving experience, basic knowledge of banding and strapping, and strong organizational and communication skills to work with site leadership and crews.

Qualifications

• One year experience driving a box truck.
• Knowledge of banding/strapping equipment.
• Requires organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently following set criteria with supervision of site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & inventory of goods, kitting projects, transporting goods via truck / box truck and / or forklift and shipping.
• Receive deliveries and check for accuracy.
• Kit projects for production.
• Daily pick up / Deliver in the local area (using company provided vehicle / box truck).
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.
• Plan deliveries of equipment & material.
• Clean job site as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides overall support to the warehouse. Making deliveries and assisting with material orders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
