Team Excavating is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join their team in Altoona, IA. The ideal candidate has at least one year of truck driving experience and is willing to learn new skills on site.

Local work only, with home every night, along with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) with company match. Responsibilities include operating the vehicle safely per DOT rules, maintaining the truck and trailer daily, and assisting with loading/unloading materials and equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely in compliance with DOT requirements.

Job Description

Team Excavating is searching for an experienced Truck Driver to join our family. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered if they are hard-working and willing to learn new skills.

Job Duties

• Ability to operate vehicle in a safe manner obeying all applicable DOT requirements.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of your truck and trailer.
• Basic knowledge of loading and unloading equipment.
• Basic knowledge of loading and unloading materials (pipe & structures, rock, dirt, etc.)
• Any other duties assigned by the site foreman to accomplish the finished project
• Experience with lowboy and pipe roll-off trailer preferred.
