Responsibilities

• Operate Dump Trucks: Drive and operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from various job sites.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working order, checking for mechanical issues and safety compliance.
• Adhere to Regulations: Follow all safety rules and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while driving and operating the truck.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of driving activities, including hours worked and materials transported.
• Report Issues: Promptly report any mechanical faults to management.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is necessary, along with a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• 3 years plus experience is preferred
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
