Job summary

Sysco is seeking a qualified driver to back trucks to the dock, align with the correct doors, and ensure the vehicle is ready to perform the route. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient truck handling in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Education Degrees/Certificates Minimum Required: High School or GED or equivalent
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A preferred
• Important Notice for CDL Holders: If you hold a valid Class A or B CDL, you will be designated as a CDL driver for Sysco, regardless of the position applied for, subject to DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects
• Make applicable truck moves by backing trucks up to the dock at the correct door
• Ensure truck temperatures are set appropriately and operating properly to perform the route
• Other duties as assigned by management
