Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC seeks a highly organized Truck Dispatcher for our Mansfield, PA yard. You will coordinate all truck and driver activity, manage routes, and communicate with drivers and customers to drive efficiency and reliability.

This full-time role requires strong English communication, experience in dispatching or customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with routing software or GPS tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching or customer service preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing software or GPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track truck movements via GPS; update systems as needed.
• Build and distribute daily dispatch schedules and assign trucks accordingly.
• Communicate daily with drivers and customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Report issues including speeding violations, spills, breakdowns, and customer service failures.
• Track driver hours, flag shortfalls, and support compliance with DOT regulations.
• Forecast truck allocations weekly and communicate with the hauling group.
• Ensure timely and clear communication via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Maintain all safety policies and procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support additional dispatch and administrative duties as needed.
• Schedule: SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all truck and driver activity, managing routes, communicating with drivers and customers, and using routing software to drive efficiency across our operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Please note, this role will work a schedule from SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY each week at our Mansfield, PA yard location.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and dispatching preferred
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with routing software or GPS tracking systems a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to adjust quickly to scheduling changes and operational demands
• Familiarity with oil and gas transportation or water hauling operations preferred
