Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience (automotive, RV or boat preferred).
• Strong attendance is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Comfortable with power tools and reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/install truck body parts.
• Use air, electric, and hand tools.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Rotate between workstations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Support 5S and lean initiatives.
• Assist team as needed when not assembling.
