Job summary

A maintenance service provider is seeking a full-time sidewalk pressure cleaning associate to service supermarket facilities at night throughout West Coastal Florida. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently outdoors. Candidates must have good communication skills, be reliable, and able to work in varying weather conditions. Starting pay is $850 per week, with additional earning opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors at night in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pressure cleaning the front of buildings at shopping center locations.
• Working at night in store parking lots until tasks are completed.
• Accurately record all time worked and maintenance tasks.
