Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time sidewalk pressure cleaning associate to service supermarket facilities at night across West Coastal Florida.

This hands-on, field-based role operates as a two-person crew with a dedicated service truck and requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor retail environments. The role involves pressure cleaning the front of buildings, windows, pillars and sidewalks at night in shopping center parking

Qualifications

• Experience with pressure washing is preferred.
• Must reside within 25 miles of Largo, FL.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year MVR review.
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and federal Social Security verification.

Responsibilities

• Pressure clean building fronts, windows, doors, and sidewalks at night.
• Work as a two-person crew in store parking lots after hours.
• Communicate with store management and crew members.
• Operate pressure washing equipment and surface cleaners.
• Record time worked and maintenance on vehicle and tasks.

Location: Palmetto, FL
Truck based at 3522 US Hwy 41 North, Palmetto, FL

Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast. We are seeking a full-time sidewalk pressure cleaning associate to service supermarket facilities at night throughout West Coastal Florida.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and assigned territory. The position operates as a two-person crew and requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor retail environments.

• Pressure cleaning the front of buildings, including windows, pillars, doors and sidewalks at shopping center locations
• All work is done at NIGHT in the store parking lot (approximately 8:00pm - until job is completed)
• Able to communicate with store management and employees as well as crew members
• Experience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors at night in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience towing a trailer behind a pickup truck
• Strong organizational, time-management, and route-planning skills
• Effective communicator; able to work independently while coordinating with the corporate office
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5-year MVR review)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of operating as a two-person crew
• Willing and able to travel throughout West Costal Florida
• Must reside within 25 miles of Largo, FL (truck parking location)
• Smartphone required for data and voice communication
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and federal Social Security verification
• Accurately record all time worked, including production, vehicle maintenance, administrative tasks, and reactive work orders

Compensation Structure

• Starting pay of $850 per week is based on completing scheduled service locations per week
• Additional pay is available for completing mandatory reactive work orders and supporting backlog catch-up
