Liberty Ministries Thrift Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking a Truck Assistant to work beside the truck driver, assist with loading/unloading furniture, and coordinate with donors and schedulers. This full-time, non-exempt role involves labor-intensive tasks and daily paperwork.

The successful candidate will help with furniture assessment, stacking for space, and store cleanouts, while supporting the logistics team and keeping communication clear with drivers and managers.

Competenze

• Customer Service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Regular communication with donors, truck schedulers and managers.
• Assist the truck driver by guiding the driver when backing up
• Assess furniture with the Truck Driver to ensure it meets Liberty Ministries Thrift standards
• Lift furniture properly and stack the truck to maximize space
• Assist with store cleanouts
• Ensure all daily paperwork is filled out properly and submitted to the Assistant Logistics Manager
• Other duties as assigned
