Job summary

Fox Factory in Elkhart, Indiana, seeks anAssembler to prepare products for assembly and participate in line processes. You will hand-assemble parts, operate basic machines, and support various stations to ensure efficient production.

No experience is required, though 1+ year of manufacturing exposure is preferred. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required, but 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles by hand, uses hand tools or portable powered tools, and/or operates equipment as necessary in order to produce or process products.
• Loads and unloads machines (e.g., presses, drills, riveters) to perform fastening, forming or light metal-cutting operations on the assembly line.
• May shift between workstations to meet production needs and reduce fatigue.
• May assist skilled operators in performing their functions.
• May work at a bench as part of an assembly group and pass units to other workers.
• May repair units that fail to meet specifications.
