Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a production assembler to prepare products for assembly and operate a variety of hand and power tools. You will join a team on the production floor, moving between stations as needed to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or equivalent and some manufacturing experience; no experience is required, but 1+ years is preferred. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

• Ability to meet and establish deadlines is essential.
• Must be able to multitask and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assembles by hand, uses hand tools or powered tools to produce or process products.
• Loads and unloads machines and operates equipment as part of the assembly line.
• Can be moved to different stations to balance production needs and reduce fatigue.
• May assist skilled operators and work at a bench within the assembly group.
• Repairs units that fail to meet specifications.
