Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a highly driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service locations, manage a team of Operations Managers, and ensure top-tier shop performance.

This leadership role emphasizes driving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with TRS and customer requirements, with extensive travel to audit shops, mentor managers, and support operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and driving results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Operations Managers across multiple locations.
• Oversee shop performance, P&L, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct bi-annual shop audits and track compliance with standards.
• Ensure technician training and certification requirements are met.
• Support new shop start-ups from hiring to readiness.
• Approve expense reports, vacation schedules, and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as backup for Operations Managers when needed.
• Drive improvements in safety, customer satisfaction, and processes.
