Job summary

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is hiring an Experienced Storm Restoration Roofing Sales Representative to join our Florida team. This full-time W-2 role offers commission-based earnings and travel.

You will inspect roofs for storm damage, document findings, explain roofing solutions, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, coordinating with adjusters and internal teams. Ideal candidates have prior storm restoration or roofing sales experience, familiarity with insurance-funded

• At least 1 year of storm restoration or roofing sales experience.
• Experience with insurance-funded roofing projects and adjuster meetings.
• Able to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess storm damage on residential roofs and exteriors.

• Explain roofing options and assist homeowners with the claims process.

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is hiring experienced storm restoration roofing sales professionals. As communities prepare for potential tropical storm and hurricane damage, we’re preparing our team to respond wherever roofing restoration work is needed. If you have sold insurance-funded roofing projects and are ready to travel to support affected communities, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential roofs and exteriors for storm damage
• Document findings with photos and clear inspection notes
• Explain roofing solutions and help homeowners understand the claims process
• Meet with insurance adjusters and review scopes of work
• Generate new business in assigned storm response areas
• Coordinate with Bigfoot’s estimating, production, and operations teams
• Keep homeowners informed from inspection through project completion

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 years of storm restoration or roofing sales experience
• Experience with insurance-funded roofing projects and adjuster meetings
• Confidence generating leads and managing a sales pipeline
• Willingness to travel extensively as work becomes available
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A professional, homeowner-first approach
