Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise and support our team at the Pleasant View location. You will help ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth operations, and profitable shifts through leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities include directing crew duties, coaching staff, and maintaining safety and efficiency during peak periods. Flexible hours, part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on needs.
