Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT help desk support for enterprise applications.
• Ability to triage incidents and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Experience delivering end-user training and creating training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for end-user inquiries in TRIRIGA.
• Triage and resolve L1/L2 incidents; escalate L3 with context.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site user support.
• Develop and maintain training materials and online guides.
