A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Tririga Developer for a contract position in San Francisco, CA for more than 2 years. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in TRIRIGA configuration and development, ideally over 4 years. This role will involve working with Facility Management and Lease Contract Administration modules. The candidate must also have skills in CAFM/IWMS development. Required Skills:

• Experience (4+ years) with TRIRIGA configuration/development.
• CAFM/IWMS Development.
• Will consider candidates with similar configuration/development experience (5+ years) with CAFM/IWMS/ERP systems.
• Recent experience working with Facility Management, Lease Contract Administration, or Real Estate Administration modules

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in a real estate, development and/or facility management firm or organization.
• Experience in documentation and analysis of business processes.
• Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials.
• Experience working with Lease Contracts including Payment Schedule data.
• Experience working with a hosting vendor.
• Experience tuning JBOSS and setting up multiple JBOSS instances
• Knowledge of Data Warehouses.
• Experience with system migrations.
