Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based corporation specializing in software development and IT services. We are seeking a Senior Real Estate IWMS Consultant to lead complex TRIRIGA deployments and lease management projects.

The role requires 11+ years in IT, 2–3 full lifecycle implementations, and demonstrated ability to design architecture and manage large real estate portfolios. You will guide client engagements from planning through delivery and mentor project teams.

Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Real Estate/Lease Management.
• Experience leading large, complex IWMS engagements (Tririga, Lease Admin.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the leasing operations department.
• Develop and grow client relationships and lead project teams from planning through execution.
• Design and restructure real estate and facilities operating models.
• Develop and improve real estate business processes.
• Create portfolio optimization strategies for real estate.
• Create/modify real estate contracts within TRIRIGA Real Estate module.
• Handle payment processes for Commercial Leasing within TRIRIGA module.
• Guide engagements from planning to delivery and mentor teams.

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards
• Lead responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships, as well as for leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution
• Lead responsibilities include:
• Design and restructuring of corporate real estate and facilities management operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery model.
• Design and / or improvement of corporate real estate and facilities management business processes.
• Development of real estate and facilities portfolio optimization strategies.
• Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
• Evaluating and validating analyses.
• Developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
• Lead should be experienced dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations.
• Lead should have experience in.
• Creating and modifying real estate contracts within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module.
• Payment processes for Commercial Leasing within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module.
• A minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations in Real Estate &/or Lease Management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements (Tririga, Lease Admin.).
• At least 5 years of experience creating logical, system, physical architecture & design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
