TRIRIGA Application Developer - Open for US Citizens only.

Location: Remote, USA

Task Description:

• A TRIRIGA Application Developer is a consultant experienced in the technical elements of TRIRIGA delivery. They are expected to backfill and mentor junior technical team members as needed.
• The primary responsibilities include interpreting functional designs for configuration, creating custom code, reviewing code, and analyzing/improving system performance.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Junior Application Developer in TRIRIGA implementation projects.
• Experience in configuring, customizing, and developing IBM TRIRIGA IWMS applications, including workflows, forms, and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate understanding of IBM TRIRIGA applications, modules, and functionalities.
• Understanding of IWMS best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to perform code reviews and awareness of best practices in TRIRIGA development.
• Familiarity with TRIRIGA data model and configuring custom data structures.
• Moderate problem-solving skills for identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Understanding of TRIRIGA system architecture.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies for transitioning to IWMS applications.
• Knowledge of performance issues and implementing best practice fixes.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience as an Integration Developer in IWMS projects.
• Experience as a Data Migration Developer in IWMS projects.
• Experience with TRIRIGA cloud deployments or cloud-native implementations.
• Knowledge of other IWMS platforms or facilities management software.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement custom development for TRIRIGA as a team lead or independently (40%).
• Host requirements gathering sessions (20%).
• Develop plans, timelines, and coordinate with project schedules and teams (15%).
• Develop architecture and key project documents (15%).
• Mentor developers and coordinate activities with the project team (10%).
