Job summary

The Building People, LLC. is seeking a TRIRIGA Application Consultant for an on-site role in Washington, D.C. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand needs, configure the TRIRIGA system, and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient operation.

They will use in-depth TRIRIGA architecture knowledge and strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as the primary interface to management and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand needs, configure the system, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage TRIRIGA architecture knowledge, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client interface to client management and program stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases for QA.
• Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead UAT, document results, and act on feedback.
• Develop maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather statistics, and troubleshoot errors.
• Implement best practices for scalability, maintainability, and system performance.

The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified TRIRIGA Application Consultant to:

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
• Utilize their deep understanding of TRIRIGA's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
• Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
