Job summary

The Building People, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks a qualified TRIRIGA/MREF Application Consultant to work with federal clients, configure the system, and provide ongoing support for efficient operation. You will serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with program stakeholders, and define testing procedures to ensure quality assurance.

Responsibilities include leading UAT, developing maintenance procedures, monitoring system health, and implementing scalable, maintainable TRIRIGA

Qualifications

• 7+ years TRIRIGA experience.
• Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Kanban, Github, Bitbucket and other industry tools.
• Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Experience in working in a team environment for solution delivery.
• Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.
• Organized with the ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• US Citizenship.
• Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov’t security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
• Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs.
• Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
• Utilize their deep understanding of TRIRIGA's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
• Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
• This position is on-site in Washington, D.C.
