Location: Remote position within the United States
Pay: $1.25 - $1.40 per minute, depending on call time and interpretation level.
The Trique Telephone Interpreter handles on-demand calls, interpreting conversations between Trique and English speakers across various sectors such as healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel & hospitality, law enforcement, and more.
The role requires quick, accurate processing of information, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive or emotional calls, including emergency situations like 911 calls.
This position involves verbal interpretation only; translation of written materials is not required, though linguistic skills in translation are welcomed.
This is a remote role. The interpreter must work from a quiet, secure home office environment.
