Job summary

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. seeks a Mental Health Triple P Therapist to support caregivers of children and adolescents in Martin County. Services are delivered in person in home, office, and community settings, with telehealth options, to strengthen parenting skills and family relationships.

The role includes outreach, presentations, and building partnerships with local organizations, while maintaining documentation and advancing Triple P services throughout the county.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, caregivers, and families preferred.
• Triple P accreditation is asset; willing to complete employer-funded training.
• Strong communication, presentation, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Martin County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple levels of Triple P services to caregivers of children and adolescents 0–18.
• Provide services in homes, office, and community settings; telehealth as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and develop relationships with local partners.
• Assist in community outreach, presentations, and increasing program awareness.
