Job Description: Line Cook at Triple Creek Ranch

Overview:

The line cook supports the executive chef and kitchen team in daily operations. The role requires teamwork, a commitment to food quality, customer satisfaction, and engagement with peers.

Essential Functions:
  1. Create a positive, energetic environment supporting exceptional guest dining experiences while maintaining TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards.
  2. Coordinate daily with culinary team, service managers, and sommeliers on menus, special requests, dietary needs, and culinary updates.
  3. Assist the executive chef with recipe development, menu planning, dish presentation, and event coordination.
  4. Review communications daily for guest requests and dietary requirements.
  5. Modify recipes and orders to meet customer needs.
  6. Ensure attention to detail and proper plate presentation.
  7. Deliver high standards of customer service, uphold kitchen sanitation, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Respond promptly to guest requests and issues.
  8. Maintain sanitary practices, proper food handling, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with all standards, policies, and laws.
  9. Cook food efficiently and in a timely manner.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with receiving and stocking supplies.
Classification:

This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
