We’re Hiring: Sales Representative / Account Manager – Tripadvisor Ad Express (Digital Advertising)

Location: Fully Remote

The Opportunity

We’re working with one of the world’s most trusted travel platforms to scale its self-service advertising solution —Tripadvisor Ad Express. In this role, you’ll connect directly with SMBs and Agencies from all sectors, but with a focus on the travel and hospitality space across the Americas, helping them understand and succeed with Tripadvisor’s native ad tools.You’ll be part educator, part consultant, and part closer — driving revenue growth while guiding advertisers on how to get the most from a powerful self-serve platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a pipeline of advertisers across travel, tourism, hospitality, and attractions
  • Sell Tripadvisor’s Ad Express offering — a self-serve solution built for scalable performance marketing
  • Onboard and activate new advertisers through demos, best practice sessions, and platform walkthroughs
  • Identify high-potential businesses and help them optimise campaign setup, targeting, and budgets
  • Troubleshoot issues and remove blockers in collaboration with support and product teams
  • Stay sharp on performance benchmarks and campaign analytics to inform your client conversations
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets, with a focus on activation, retention, and campaign expansion

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in digital advertising, SaaS, or platform-based selling. Experience selling towards the US market is required
  • Track record of hitting targets and delivering consultative value to SMB or mid-market clients
  • A clear communicator with the ability to explain media concepts in a simple, actionable way
  • Analytical mindset with a comfort around campaign metrics, CPCs, and CTRs
  • Comfortable navigating objections and helping clients solve performance challenges
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and effective in a remote-first environment
