Job summary

Under the TRIO Executive Director, the director will supervise staff, coordinate academic advising, monitor student progress, and collaborate with schools and community partners to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage program staff performance.
• Coordinate daily Upward Bound operations per grant Plan of Operation.
• Develop calendars, academic services, and enrichment activities.
• Monitor progress, documentation, and deadlines.
• Coordinate recruitment, eligibility, and participant onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal TRIO requirements and reporting.
