Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in academic advising, counseling, tutoring, or student support.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work with students, faculty, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and transfer counseling to TRIO participants and general students.
• Coordinate transfer activities, college visits, and associated reporting.
• Assist with TRIO programming, tutoring, and required program documentation.
