Job summary

Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking a TRIO Student Support Services Counselor to support the vision by removing barriers and promotingRetention strategies focusing on student success.

You will provide wraparound support for first-generation, limited-income, and disabled students, develop individualized plans, and offer one-on-one coaching and advising to help students choose courses and access campus resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic mentoring and advising to TRIO SSS participants.
• Develop individualized action plans to support participants.
• Coordinate outreach and workshops to promote student retention and success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records for program objectives.
