Role Description:
This full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA, is your opportunity to shape the future of HVAC sales. As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead Strategically: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
- Manage and Optimize Sales Processes: Oversee and enhance sales processes, ensuring effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.
- Grow the Department: Focus on the entire growth of the sales department. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our market presence, enhance team performance, and drive overall business growth.
- Analyze Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and Develop: Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Expand Market Reach: Identify and develop new market opportunities to increase market share.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: Minimum 5 years of sales management experience and 3 years of in-home sales experience.
- Growth-Oriented: Proven ability to grow and develop a sales department, with a strategic focus on expanding the business.

Qualifications:
- Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
