Job summary

Bay College in Iron Mountain is seeking a TRIO Peer Mentor to support TRIO Student Support Services and help students engage with campus resources, promoting academic and social success on campus.

You will assist with center activities and events, support food pantry services, encourage student involvement across campus activities, and collaborate with staff to strengthen student connections and persistence. This is a part-time hourly role with compensation around $12 per hour.
