48forty Solutions in Winder, GA is hiring a Trim Trac Operator to set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation. You will be a key part of the pallet manufacturing process and support our team with accuracy and safety.

The role offers hourly pay and requires working Monday–Friday with possible overtime. We value reliability and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality wood pallets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience is highly preferred.
• Quick hands with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime as needed.

As a Trim Trac Operator, you’ll get to setup our builders for success by setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation! You’ll be a vital piece of our pallet manufacturing process, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to fill this role!

Hourly Pay

$15.00/hr.

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
