Job summary

Redline Plastics LLC in Manitowoc, WI is seeking team members for the 3rd shift (10pm - 6am). Become part of a rotating team and gain cross-skills in molding, trimming, assembly, and utility/powder operations by being flexible, dependable, and eager to learn for long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities include inspecting molded parts, handling tools safely, preventing defects, and maintaining accurate production records while meeting customer and quality specifications at a steady pace.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to perform critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
• Able to work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively.
• Create and maintain accurate production records.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded.
• Use hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards.
• Demonstrate proper usage and safety of hand tools.
• Identify and prevent defective parts from being produced and/or shipped.
• Ensure parts comply with customer and quality specs while maintaining production pace.

Our Rotational Molders, trimmers, assemblers and utility/powder team members make it happen by being flexible, dependable and eager to learn. Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth.
