Job summary

Command Missouri is seeking a Trimmer Operator to operate trimming equipment, measure books, inspect bindings, and ensure quality. The role requires adherence to safety standards, precise record-keeping, and clear communication with supervision and colleagues.

A qualifiedTrimmer Operatorwill be able to the perform the following tasks:

• Measuring books and inspecting bind for quality issues.
• Required to keep good records and ensure product meet quality standards.
• Maintain safety and OSHA standards as well as professional work area.
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with Supervision, tech support, and other associates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

The Trimmer Operatorshould meet the following requirements:

• Qualified candidates will be able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours and work weekends as well on an as needed basis.
• Previous experience as a trimmer operator
• Safety and Quality minded
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision and be an individual contributor
• Must be reliable and consistently at work and on time
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Must have positive and effective communication with other team members
